Booking and Payment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Reservation<\/strong>: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Minimum Duration<\/strong>: Private charters and fishing expeditions require a\u00a0<strong>minimum booking of 2 hours<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pricing<\/strong>: Rates are based on the specific boat selected (e.g., 37ft \u201cThe Ocean\u201d or 38ft \u201cThe World\u201d) and the duration of the trip.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Cancellations and Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Customer Cancellations<\/strong>: Cancellations made within the timeframe specified during checkout are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Weather Policy<\/strong>: If the Captain determines that weather conditions are unsafe for departure, we reserve the right to reschedule the trip or provide a full refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No-Shows<\/strong>: Failure to arrive at the designated departure point (Jumeirah or Mina Rashid) at the scheduled time will result in a forfeiture of the booking fee.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Passenger Responsibilities<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Identification<\/strong>: All passengers must carry a valid original Passport or UAE ID as required by Dubai Coast Guard regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Safety<\/strong>: Guests must follow all safety instructions provided by the Captain and crew; life jackets are available for all passengers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Conduct<\/strong>: We reserve the right to terminate a trip without a refund if any passenger engages in illegal or hazardous behavior.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Fishing Regulations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Legal Compliance<\/strong>: All fishing activities must comply with UAE federal laws and local Dubai environment regulations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Species Protection<\/strong>: Certain species may be catch-and-release only depending on seasonal regulations to preserve the marine ecosystem.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
